The Apprenticemaker community is for existing or budding apprentice employers. It is a peer to peer networking and experience sharing community, led by businesses and for businesses.

Membership of the Apprenticemaker community is only for people involved in, or interested in, recruiting and supporting apprentices within their business and is not currently open to training organisations delivering Apprenticeships or apprentices.

The community aims to support a greater take up of Apprenticeships amongst small and medium businesses and has been developed following a recommendation in the Holt Review to support peer to peer mentoring between employers.

Engaging with the community is a great way for potential employers to get real-life, on the ground input from those familiar with the opportunities and challenges first-hand, as well as providing successful apprentice employers and opportunity to champion Apprenticeships and encourage more businesses to take on apprentices.
